This Privacy Policy describes how AV Mobility.ai LLC collects, uses, and discloses personal information from users of avmobility.ai(the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, users consent to the data practices described in this Policy.
AV Mobility.ai LLC (“avmobility.ai,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects personal information that users provide directly. Categories of information collected include name, email address, telephone number, organization or employer, and the contents of messages submitted through contact forms, newsletter subscriptions, employment applications, or other communications channels available on the Site.
avmobility.ai also collects technical information automatically when users access the Site. This information includes internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring website addresses, and similar telemetry data used for server operation, security monitoring, and analytics.
avmobility.ai uses personal information submitted by users to respond to inquiries, deliver requested newsletter content, evaluate employment applications, conduct partnership communications, and provide other services requested by the user.
avmobility.ai uses technical data to operate and secure the Site, measure traffic patterns, diagnose problems, and improve overall performance. avmobility.aidoes not sell, rent, or share users’ personal information with third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.
The Site uses Google Analytics (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity to measure Site usage, including which pages receive traffic, the sources of visitor traffic, and content engagement. Microsoft Clarity may also record aggregated session activity such as clicks, scrolls, and page navigation to help avmobility.aiunderstand how the Site is used. These services place cookies and similar tracking technologies on users’ devices. Users may opt out of analytics tracking by adjusting browser settings, using a tracking-prevention tool, or installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.
The Site also uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights for aggregate performance monitoring. These services collect anonymized data and do not identify individual users.
avmobility.ai retains contact form submissions and related correspondence in its electronic mail systems for the period reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry and maintain a record of business communications, generally for a period of up to two (2) years from the date of submission.
Newsletter subscribers’ email addresses are retained until the subscriber unsubscribes through the link provided in each issue or by contacting avmobility.ai directly. Employment applications and related materials are retained in accordance with applicable federal and state employment recordkeeping requirements.
Users may request deletion of their personal information by contacting info@avmobility.ai. avmobility.ai will respond to verified deletion requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (collectively, the “CCPA”), and updated thereafter, California residents have the following rights with respect to their personal information:
avmobility.ai does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA. To exercise any of the rights described above, California residents may contact avmobility.ai at info@avmobility.ai. avmobility.ai will verify each request and respond within forty-five (45) days as required by law, subject to permissible extensions.
avmobility.ai maintains commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. The Site is hosted with HTTPS enforced site-wide, and form submissions are transmitted using Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption. avmobility.ai does not collect or store payment card information on the Site.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. In the event of a data security incident that materially affects users’ personal information, avmobility.ai will provide notice to affected individuals in accordance with applicable federal and state law.
avmobility.aimay update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent material revision. Updates will be posted to this page. For material changes affecting how personal information is collected, used, or disclosed, avmobility.ai will provide additional notice through reasonable means, which may include direct notification to newsletter subscribers or other communication channels used to interact with the user.
